Personal Benefits Advisor - Remote

The Role

Full-time remote work speaking with families who requested information about insurance coverage for their household. Quality leads are available, so there is no cold calling and no chasing.

You find out what the family needs, walk through the options in plain language, and help them apply for the benefits they choose. Training is provided and no prior background is needed. Pay is performance based.

What You'll Do

• Speak with families who asked to be contacted

• Ask what they need covered and what they can afford

• Explain the options without using industry terms

• Help complete the application and check every detail

• Follow up on anything left open from a call

• Keep your notes and records up to date

What We're Looking For

• Clear and comfortable on the phone

• Good at listening before making a suggestion

• Organized about following up when you said you would

• Honest when a plan is not right for someone

• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a headset

• Available weekdays, with some evening calls

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
