Personal Branding & Content Assistant

🎥 What You’ll Mainly Do

• Follow Management during daily work, events, client visits and external appointments
• Capture photos, short videos and daily B-roll using a smartphone or camera
• Assist with Personal Branding and Social Media content shoots
• Proactively spot and capture moments that could become good content
• Organise and manage daily photo and video footage
• Assist with simple, fast-paced short-form video editing
• Turn daily footage into content suitable for Xiaohongshu / Instagram / TikTok / Facebook
• Assist with simple captions and content ideas
• Work closely with our Marketing / Content Team
• Occasionally travel outstation with Management when required

📋 You’ll Also Assist With

• Organising Content Plans and Shooting Schedules
• Managing To-Do Lists, reminders and related work arrangements
• Following up on pending matters related to shoots, events and Management
• Assisting with simple administrative and coordination tasks

✓ Are comfortable with external assignments and occasional outstation travel
✓ Understand confidentiality and professional boundaries
✓ Are comfortable with a flexible role that isn’t always desk-based
