Personal Care Aide

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to join our team. The right candidate will have a heart for helping others, show up on time, and be ready to provide the best care possible to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Show up to work reliably and on time

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred, but not required — we provide training)
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Compassionate and patient
• Good communication skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation
