Home Care Agency seeking to hire Personal Care Aides (PCA or HHA) to join our growing team in the Troy, NY area!

Paid Training Opportunity:

• Paid PCA Certificate Training* (5–6 business days).
• To be eligible for paid training, trainees must reside in Sullivan County and be able to travel to our Monticello office for classes.
• NEW! In-person or Hybrid PCA training available!* Hybrid training will be 2 days in person and the rest will be taken from home, offering great flexibility!

Job Ideal candidate:

• Must be at least 18 or older
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience is necessary

Job Responsibilities:

• Light Housekeeping- Meal Preparation, shopping, laundry.
• Personal Hygiene- Bathing, dressing, feeding.
• Social Interaction, including games, reading, and conversation
• Monitor Vital Signs as instructed
