Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver – Osceola, WI

Monday–Friday | Afternoon Shifts | 30 Hours Per Week

Schedule & Client Details

• Location: Osceola, WI
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, afternoon shifts
• Hours: 6 hours per day, approximately 30 hours per week
• Client: Adult in their early 40s
• Mobility: Client uses a Sara Steady transfer aid
• Home Environment: Two cats and two dogs (one dog will be kenneled)
• Transportation: No client transportation required

Here's a Big-Picture View of What You'll Do:

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide toileting assistance while maintaining client dignity and comfort
• Assist with safe transfers using a Sara Steady transfer aid
• Prepare meals and assist with daily household routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

A Few Must-Haves for Personal Care Aides/Caregivers:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred
• Experience using a Sara Steady or similar transfer equipment is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from the client's home
• Comfortable working in a home with cats and dogs
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to commit to a Monday–Friday afternoon schedule
• Ability to safely assist with personal care and transfers in accordance with the client's care plan
