We are seeking caring and reliable Caregivers / Personal Care Aides (PCA's) who are passionate about supporting individuals in the comfort of their own homes. • Employment Type: Evening & Weekends
• Compensation: Competitive Pay Starting at $18.00 per hour (WEEKLY PAY)
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO and surrounding areas

What You Will Do:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
• Observe and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure client safety at all times
• Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by state guidelines)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

What You Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or PCA preferred
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired government-issued ID)
• Reliable transportation - MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, VEHICLE & ACTIVE AUTO INSURANCE
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Reliable transportation (if required for client visits)
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference
