Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide support with mobility and safe transfers of residents.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
