- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 9am to 3pm
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 6pm to 10pm
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6pm to 10pm
- Client: Male in 30's
- Diagnosis: Quadriplegia
- Environment: Lives at home with his uncle.
- Equipment Used: Hoyer Lift and power wheelchair
- Services Needed: Assistance meal preparations, housekeeping, and medication reminder, assistance with getting ready for bed.
- Agency provides zoom meeting and background check before hiring.
