Job Summary

We are seeking caring, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and enjoys making a positive impact in the lives of others. Applicants can expect to make $18/hr. to $25/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, grooming, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Provide transportation for errands, appointments, and community activities.
• Support clients with mobility and fall prevention strategies.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the office promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and care provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus (professional or personal).
• Reliable transportation and valid LV driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
