We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCAs) to join our team at Its Your Home Care. As a PCA, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate.
