Personal Care Assistant

We are looking for personal service caregivers who take their job seriously.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of clients by offering attentive care and companionship. This role requires patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to medical professionals or family members.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Administer medication reminders according to prescribed schedules.
• Follow care plans and document care provided accurately.
• Support clients in engaging in recreational activities and social interactions.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred but not required.
• Good physical stamina and ability to assist with mobility.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $19.50 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
