We’re looking for caring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team and provide quality, person-centered support to individuals in their homes and approved residential/community settings.

What You’ll Do

As a PCA, you’ll help make everyday life a little easier and a lot better by:

• Assisting with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting safe transfers and mobility using approved techniques and equipment
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when authorized
• Providing light housekeeping and laundry related to the client’s needs
• Supporting clients with community activities, appointments, and daily routines when authorized
• Encouraging independence and respecting each client’s choices and preferences
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition or behavior
• Completing accurate daily documentation and required service records
• Protecting client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

Previous caregiving, home care, group home, assisted living, I/DD, dementia, autism, or similar experience is a plus—but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Required training and competency requirements will be completed before performing applicable duties.

Employment is contingent upon completion of applicable background checks, screenings, training, qualifications, and other pre-employment requirements. Duties are based on the client’s authorized services, applicable requirements, and MMJ policies.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 20.0 per week
