About the Role

We're hiring Personal Care Assistants to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients across [service area]. You'll work one-on-one with clients — not a facility floor — helping with daily activities so they can stay safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and household upkeep
• Medication reminders (non-administration)
• Companionship and engagement
• Transportation to appointments and errands (for eligible caregivers)
• Accurately document care provided each visit

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Able to pass a background check and BAAS registry check
• Able to complete a pre-employment physical exam and 2-step TB test
• Willing to complete an 8-hour PCA training course online (CareAcademy) before starting — no certification needed to apply, training is provided
• Attend a paid in-office orientation before your first shift
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required for roles involving client transportation
• LNA, LPN, or RN license a plus, but not required
• Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required
