Shifts: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Every other weekend required

We are seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our Louisa team. If you enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents’ dignity and independence while following individualized care plans.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and respectful support.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions or needs to the nursing team or supervisor.
• Document resident care accurately and promptly.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.
• Work with the care team to provide consistent, compassionate support.

Qualifications:

• Completion of applicable personal care training requirements.
• Previous caregiving, assisted living, or senior care experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work effectively with a team.
• Compassion, patience, and an understanding of residents’ needs.
• Dependability and availability to work every other weekend

Shift:

Part-time opportunities are available for either:

• Evening shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Overnight shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Both shifts require working every other weekend.
