PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (Southlink, Bangsar South)

Job Responsibilities :

● Assist with daily outlet operations and sales targets.

● Provide friendly and excellent customer service.

● Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

● Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.

● Maintain product displays, pricing and stock availability.

● Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and inventory.

● Keep the outlet clean, organised and presentable.

● Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

● Minimum SPM or equivalent.

● Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

● Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

● Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.

● Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred
