A community member is working with Community Horizons to find

compassionate and caring staff. Do you enjoy art, crafts, interesting

conversations, and getting out and about in the community? If so, you

could be a perfect fit to assist this creative and active member! Member

uses a power wheelchair and EZ Stand to transfer in her home, in Sparta,

WI. A van with hookups is also used for outings. Training on this is

provided by family. This member is looking for assistance with daily

care, companionship, along with light housekeeping tasks. Wage-

$17.25/hour Hours: Part-time - Weekdays 5-9p, every other Weekend

7a-3p, 5-9p Roles ADL assistance Shower & dressing assistance

Transferring with EZ Stand Driving van/ensuring van safety 1/1

companionship, community outings Cooking Cleaning Laundry Other similar
