We have a strong, employee-centered culture built by inspiring people like yourself. And we are committed to sustaining a business environment that is respectful, welcoming, equitable and supportive of a broad range of people.

  • Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld.
  • Follow all safety, security, and state cannabis regulations.
  • Support store operations across multiple stations (front-of-house, back-of-house, curbside, etc.).
  • Management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove job duties at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with business needs. Employees may also be required to perform additional job-related tasks not specifically outlined in this job description, including special projects or assignments requested by their direct manager.

  • Consistent, reliable attendance and the ability to work varied shifts.

  • A desire to learn about cannabis and wellness.

  • Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
