Personal Care Worker

We are looking for experienced Support Workers/Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care and Disability Support. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES as a home care worker may include:

• Personal Care
• Social support
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Assistance (prompt)
• Respite
• Domestic Assistance
• Transportation to appointments and shopping
• Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it on a daily basis

Requirements

• Valid Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Satisfactory Australian National Police Check.
• Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Smart mobile phone.
• Be authorised to work in Australia

• Must be willing to travel to clients in and around the Sutherland Shire

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Shift work

Licence/Certification:

• Are you willing to commute to the Sutherland Shire & surrounding suburbs?
• First Aid and CPR Certification (Required prior to starting)
• National Police Certificate (Required prior to starting)
• Driver Licence, Car and Comprehensive Insurance (Required)
• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Support (required)

Pay: $38.26 – $45.29 per hour
