Personal Color & Style Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Personal Color & Style Consultant to join our growing team! If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, love color theory, and enjoy creating personalized style experiences for clients, we want to hear from you.

Important Note: This is a dedicated, client-facing personal styling and color consulting role (not an animation or media production position).

Key Responsibilities

• Consultations: Conduct personalized color analysis and style sessions tailored to clients' unique features, body proportions, and lifestyle.
• Style Recommendations: Guide clients on clothing silhouettes, makeup shades, accessories, and complete wardrobe planning.
• Education: Teach clients the fundamentals of color theory, personal branding, and image enhancement.
• Content & Events: Support workshops, brand activities, and assist in creating engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Client Relations: Build lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional, high-touch client experience.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on global fashion, beauty, and personal color trends.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
• Key Skills: Strong eye for color coordination, styling, and aesthetic harmony.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; confident in presenting and consulting one-on-one with clients.
• Personality: Professional, friendly, client-focused, and eager to learn and grow within the industry.
• Bonus: Prior experience creating social media content is a strong plus!

Important: Training & Hiring Process

To ensure our team delivers world-class service, all candidate selections are contingent upon completing our specialized training program.

Please review the training terms carefully prior to applying:

• Training Agreement: Selected candidates must sign a Training Bond Agreement prior to starting the training program.
• Cost: The training program is 100% FREE of charge.
• Schedule & Duration: Training schedule and duration are to be finalized and announced prior to intake (sessions will not be a standard full-time daily schedule).
• Certificates: Candidates will receive an official Certificate of Completion for every phase of training successfully passed.
• Compensation & Allowance: The training period is unpaid, and the company does not provide a daily allowance during this time.
• Hiring Condition: Successful completion and passing of all training phases is strictly required to qualify for official employment and onboarding.
