Responsibilities

• The person will interact with clients respectfully.
• Understand the guidance they are seeking.
• Coordinate with appropriate experts.
• Manage follow-ups.
• Help keep the experience private, clear and professional.
• The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
• The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

Qualifications

• The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
• HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform; this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
