Personal Driver

About the role

Responsible for day to day driving for GMD, GM, Sales Person and others.

Key responsibilities

• Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take
• Ensure safety and comply with all the road and traffic rules while on duty
• Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax, car insurance etc
• Ensure that the assigned vehicle is well maintained in good condition, clean and meet all safety requirement
• Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer's car(s)
• Refill petrol/ Touch N Go if necessary
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks given by the Management

About you

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
• Trusted and reliable
• Fast and punctual work attitude with a good attendance record
• Prompt, reliable, hardworking, responsible, mature, and honest personality
• Physically fit with a good work attitude
• Good health condition and eyesight, fit for work
• Willingness to come to work early/stay back at short notice
• Able to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays if required
• Proficient in Waze or Google Maps navigation, with safe driving skills
• Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record
• Must stay at Kajang, Selangor or nearby
