Personal Driver

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned vehicles in safe, clean and roadworthy condition at all times
• Transport designated personnel to meetings, appointments and business engagements whilst adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan and optimise routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, taking into account traffic conditions and schedules
• Maintain a professional demeanour and provide courteous service to passengers at all times
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks including fuel, oil, water, tyres and lights
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance and transportation logs
• Ensure the vehicle interior and exterior remain clean and presentable
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding estimated arrival times and any unforeseen delays
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety protocols at all times
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents or incidents promptly to management

What we're looking for

• Valid Philippine driver's licence with a clean driving record and no major traffic violations
• Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience in road transport or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan efficient routes
• Professional communication skills and a courteous, respectful demeanour
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
• Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• A positive attitude with a commitment to safety and customer service excellence
• Preferably, experience with vehicle GPS systems and modern communication devices
• Valid Comprehensive Driving Programmes (CDP) certification or similar defensive driving course is advantageous
