Personal Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and well-mannered Personal Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and professional transportation services to a senior executive.

The successful candidate should reside in or around Ayobo, Lagos State and be familiar with major routes across Lagos. The role requires a highly responsible individual who understands confidentiality, punctuality, discretion, and professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to and from work, meetings, appointments, and other authorized destinations.
• Ensure the executive arrives at destinations safely and on time.
• Plan routes effectively and use knowledge of Lagos traffic conditions to minimize delays.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, fluids, lights, and general condition.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, damage, or unusual vehicle conditions promptly.
• Assist with occasional personal errands and other transportation-related duties as required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the executive's movements, activities, conversations, and personal affairs.
• Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and good judgment when interacting with the executive, family members, colleagues, visitors, and other individuals.
• Ensure all required vehicle documents and driver's licence are valid and up to date.
• Observe all road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Remain flexible with working hours when the executive's schedule requires it.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Personal Driver.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's License.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos roads, routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
• Applicants residing in Ayobo or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be trustworthy, discreet, punctual, and dependable.
• Well-groomed and professionally presented.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to use Google Maps or other navigation applications.
• Previous experience driving for a senior executive, business owner, or high-profile individual is an advantage.

Working Arrangement
