Personal Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Senior Management safely and punctually for meetings, appointments, airport & business trips.
• Plan routes and manage last-minute schedule changes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, fuel, servicing & roadworthiness.
• Handle vehicle documents, mileage, fuel, toll & parking records.
• Assist with luggage, documents and other errands when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends/public holidays and travel outstation & internationally.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Personal/Executive/Company Driver.
• Experience with Senior Management/Directors is an advantage.
• Valid Malaysian Driving Licence – *Mandatory*
• Valid International Passport – *Mandatory*
• Clean driving record.
• Familiar with JB, Senai, KL & Singapore routes is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Google Maps/Waze.
• Punctual, trustworthy, professional, well-groomed & responsible.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Physically fit and able to work independently.
