Personal Driver

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide safe, reliable and punctual transportation for the company director, management, customers and business guests.
2. Drive the director and authorized personnel to meetings, business appointments, hotels and other destinations as required.
3. Provide airport pick-up and drop-off services for the director, customers and business guests when required.
4. Plan suitable routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
5. Maintain the cleanliness, appearance and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
6. Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any vehicle issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
7. Ensure the vehicle is properly fuelled and ready for use according to the assigned schedule.
8. Assist with luggage, documents, parcels or other items when required.
9. Maintain confidentiality regarding the director's personal matters, company information, customers and travel schedules.
10. Maintain a professional, polite and courteous manner when dealing with the director, customers and business guests.
11. Perform company-related errands or other driving duties as assigned by the management.
12. Be willing to provide transportation after normal working hours when required by the management, including occasional evenings, weekends or public holidays.
13. Perform other ad hoc duties related to transportation and company activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a personal driver or chauffeur, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
2. Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
3. Excellent driving skills with good knowledge of road safety.
4. Good knowledge of local roads, routes and navigation applications.
5. Able to communicate in English. Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
6. Strong time management and organizational abilities.
7. Responsible, trustworthy, punctual and able to maintain confidentiality.
8. Professional appearance, good manners and a positive attitude.
9. Willing to work overtime when required, particularly when transportation is needed after normal working hours.
10. Willing to perform airport transfers, customer transportation and other duties as assigned by the management.
