PERSONAL DRIVER

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for a Senior Executive. Working hours are flexible based on the Executive's schedule, with occasional early morning, evening, weekend and public holiday duties, as well as outstation trips and airport transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual and comfortable transportation
• Drive the Executive to business meetings, offices, airports, appointments and other destinations
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions using Waze/Google Maps
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe and excellent condition
• Conduct basic daily vehicle checks
• Arrange servicing, maintenance and repairs when required
• Assist with luggage, documents and personal items when necessary
• Handle authorised personal errands and document collection/delivery
• Maintain accurate records of fuel, toll, parking and vehicle expenses
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all business and personal matters

About you

• Malaysian citizen preferred
• Valid Class D driving licence
• Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience preferred
• Clean and responsible driving record
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley and major Malaysian highways
• Experienced in using Waze / Google Maps
• Previous experience as an Executive Driver, Personal Driver, VIP Driver or Chauffeur is an advantage
• Willing to travel outstation when required
• Flexible with working hours
• Good communication skills
