About the role

Binastra Land Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office. As Personal Driver, you will provide safe, punctual and courteous transportation services to key personnel within the organisation. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of company executives, supporting their productivity and maintaining a professional image for Binastra Land Sdn Bhd.

What you'll be doing

• Operating company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, servicing and reporting mechanical issues promptly
• Planning efficient routes to ensure punctual arrival at all appointments and engagements
• Transporting company executives and clients to meetings, events and other business destinations
• Maintaining a professional demeanour and discretion at all times
• Keeping accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance
• Performing pre-journey safety checks and vehicle inspections
• Supporting company events and activities as required by management

What we're looking for

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of professional driving experience
• Excellent knowledge of Klang Valley roads very well and traffic patterns
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a courteous and professional attitude
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding company and personal matters
• Reliable, punctual and responsible approach to work
• Good vehicle maintenance knowledge and basic mechanical awareness
• Ability to work flexibly to accommodate schedules
• Certificate of Competency (CoC) or equivalent driving qualification is preferred
