Personal Driver

About the role

Drive the company vehicle safely and responsibly to transport the Directors to designated destinations. Plan and determine the most appropriate routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations. Maintain a high standard of punctuality, reliability and professionalism at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle safely and responsibly to transport the Directors to designated destinations
• Plan and determine the most appropriate routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, neat and in good operating condition
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition, including fuel, tyres, engine oil and other basic maintenance matters
• Send the vehicle for scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs when required and wash the car daily
• Observe all road traffic laws and practise safe and defensive driving
• Assist with loading and unloading of luggage, documents or other items when required
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel and maintenance where necessary
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the company's business, management's schedules and personal matters
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management

About you

• Possess a valid Class D driving licence
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as a company/private driver is preferred
• Good knowledge of roads and routes in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and surrounding areas
• Familiar with using Waze / Google Maps for navigation
• Good driving record with no serious traffic offences
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy and disciplined
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
• Willing to travel outstation when required
