WE ARE HIRING: PERSONAL DRIVER
Location: Pasay
We are currently looking for a responsible, experienced, and professional Personal Driver to join us.
This position is suited for someone who has experience driving luxury vehicles, knows Metro Manila well, and understands the importance of being punctual, discreet, and respectful.
Salary & Performance Bonus
Basic Salary: ₱20,000/month
In addition to the basic salary, there is a monthly KPI performance award:
l Grade A – ₱12,500
l Grade B – ₱10,000
l Grade C – ₱7,500
(KPI performance may be assessed across a combination of performance categories., earning up to ₱32,500 or more monthly based on performance!)Schedule
l Shift Structure: 12 hours/day (24-hour rotational shift schedule)
l Rest Days: 4 days off per month
l Must be flexible with working hours and shift assignments Benefitsl Free meals provided on duty
l Birthday, Christmas, and New Year bonuses
l Guaranteed 14th-month salary upon completing 1 year of service
Main Responsibilities
l Safely and professionally transport the employer to appointments, meetings, errands, and other destinations.
l Drive and maintain luxury vehicles with care, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
l Maintain strong knowledge of Metro Manila routes and ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
l Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer.
l Follow all traffic laws, prioritize passenger safety, and perform other reasonable driving-related duties as required.
Requirements
l Valid Philippine Driver's License
l NBI Clearance
l Police Clearance
l Barangay Clearance
l Able to communicate in English
l Previous experience driving luxury vehicles
l Experienced with both manual and automatic transmission
l Basic vehicle maintenance skills
l Must be willing to work a 12-hour shifting schedule
Ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who is mature, dependable, discreet, and takes pride in their work. Previous experience as a executive driver, or luxury vehicle driver is preferred.
