1. Executive Transportation & CEO Support (80%)

• Executive Driving: Provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for business and personal needs.
• Route Planning: Proactively plan travel to ensure safety, comfort, and efficient use of time.
• Schedule & Travel Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, reservations, travel bookings, and itineraries.
• Administrative Support: Handle expense claims, receipts, document filing, couriers, and daily operational support for the Group Managing Director.
• Process Improvement: Suggest new ways to optimize the CEO's time and budget efficiency.

2. Fleet Administration (20%)

• Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle servicing, cleanliness, road tax, insurance renewals, and office shuttles.
• Operations Liaison: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth vehicle and basic tech operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a personal driver, executive chauffeur, or in a similar hybrid role.
• Strong organizational skills for travel bookings, expenses, and basic software.
• Excellent communication and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
