Personal Driver

• Provide safe, punctual and reliable transportation for the CEO to business meetings, appointments and other designated destinations.
• Plan driving routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Coordinate daily pick-up and drop-off schedules according to the assigned itinerary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, inspections and maintenance when necessary.
• Assist with errands, document delivery and other duties as assigned by the CEO.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal affairs, business activities, schedules and other sensitive information.
• Be flexible to accommodate changes in schedules and occasional extended working hours when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Possess a valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.

• Previous experience as a personal driver, executive driver or company driver is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

• Able to use navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze.

• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and professional.

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

• Willing to work flexible hours according to the CEO's schedule.

➢ Work Arrangement: This is an on-site position.

➢ Work Location: Menara Exchange 106, TRX (Tun Razak Exchange), Kuala Lumpur.

➢ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
