Personal Driver

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional Private Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation services for the Managing Director, business clients, and other designated personnel. The successful candidate will also assist with company errands and other duties as assigned by management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan routes in advance and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and good condition of the assigned vehicle
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and arrange regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary
• Ensure the vehicle is properly fuelled and that road tax, insurance, and other relevant vehicle documents are valid
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's personal matters, business activities, and travel arrangements
• Assist with ad hoc errands, document deliveries, and other duties as assigned by the management
• Comply with Malaysian traffic laws and all road safety requirements

About you

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record

• Previous experience as a personal driver, company driver, or executive driver is an advantage

• Familiar with roads, routes, and traffic conditions in the Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan

• Punctual, trustworthy, responsible, and well-disciplined

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends when required

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle assigned duties independently

  Working Days: 6 days per week (rest day may fall on any day, including weekdays)
