PERSONAL DRIVER

SUMMARY

We are looking for a dependable and professional Driver to join our team. The Driver will be tasked with ensuring the safe and efficient transport of Director to their destinations. The perfect candidate will possess a clean driving record, strong customer service skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of road safety regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Drive the Director to the appointments/meetings or any related events in a timely manner.

· Maintain the cleanliness and excellent working condition of the assigned vehicle(s) including scheduling maintenance and liaise with workshops for repairs (if any).

· Conduct a thorough cleaning of the company vehicle, both inside and out, at least once a week.

· Handle basic personal errands and ad hoc assignments as requested by Director.

· Always on standby or flexible support for urgent matters to ensure the Director has immediate transportation access.

· Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.

· Keep an accurate record of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.

• Provide a high level of customer service, including assisting with door-to-door service and other needs as required.
• Respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the Director and passengers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver.

· Excellent is using navigation applications.

· A professional appearance; physically fit, well-groomed and presentable.

· Strong focus on safe driving practices and the safety of the director

· Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong route planning

· Able to remain calm under pressure and handle last minute schedule changes.

· Willing to travel outstation (whenever required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
