Personal Driver

About the role

Executive's Thai family with one English-speaking family member, looking for a reliable, careful and professional driver to support our daily transport, school runs, appointments, errands and airport transfers. The family includes a child and an employer who travels frequently. You will coordinate with family members, the personal assistant and nannies to ensure transport arrangements are safe, punctual and well organised.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the employer and family members to school, activities, appointments, meetings, restaurants and other agreed destinations
• Handle school drop-offs and pickups according to the family's instructions and school procedures
• Provide airport transfers and assist with luggage
• Plan routes and departure times around Bangkok traffic
• Confirm pickup details and communicate delays or changes promptly when safely parked
• Assist with reasonable local errands, collections and deliveries between driving assignments
• Drive calmly and carefully, ensuring passengers use seat belts and the child's appropriate car seat or booster is secured correctly
• Follow agreed arrangements for accompanying adults and hand the child over only to an authorised adult
• Keep family vehicles clean, tidy and ready for use
• Check fuel or charging levels, tyres and basic vehicle condition

About you

• Previous experience as a hotel driver or chauffeur is required, with a professional approach to passenger service, punctuality and presentation
• At least three years of professional driving experience
• A valid Thai driving licence appropriate for the vehicles used
• A strong safety record and careful, defensive driving habits
• Good knowledge of Bangkok roads, hotels, key destinations and airport routes
• Fluent Thai and sufficient spoken English to understand instructions and communicate directly with the English-speaking family member
• Punctual, patient, polite and comfortable transporting a family with a child
• Trustworthy and discreet about the family's private information, schedules and whereabouts
• Confident using Google Maps, LINE and WhatsApp
• Able to commute reliably to the family's Bangkok location
