About the role

Drive the company director/management safely to meetings, appointments, and other destinations. Perform office and company-related errands, including document collection, banking, purchases, and deliveries. Assist with basic administrative and office duties when required.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the company director/management safely to meetings, appointments, and other destinations
• Perform office and company-related errands, including document collection, banking, purchases, and deliveries
• Assist with basic administrative and office duties when required
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the company vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced, maintained, and in good working condition
• Assist with company matters and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company and management matters

About you

• Valid Class D driving licence
• Good driving record and safe driving habits
• Familiar with roads and locations in Klang Valley/Selangor
• Previous experience as a personal/company driver is an advantage
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-mannered
• Able to work flexible hours when required
• Able to perform basic office/administrative tasks
• Good communication skills
• Willing to perform both driving and office-related duties
