Personal Driver (for Director)

About the role

ZENITH ID CONCEPT SDN. BHD. is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver for Director to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As Personal Driver, you will provide essential transportation and mobility support to our Director, ensuring punctuality, safety, and professionalism at all times. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of executive activities and plays a key part in maintaining our company's commitment to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the Director to meetings, events, and business appointments
• Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, servicing checks, and ensuring fuel levels are adequate
• Plan efficient routes and manage schedules to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations
• Maintain professional conduct and discretion at all times, particularly regarding confidential business matters
• Comply with all traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues immediately
• Keep accurate records of travel schedules, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Assist with light administrative tasks related to scheduling and itinerary management as required

What we're looking for

• Valid Class D/ DA driving licence with a clean driving record
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in an executive or corporate capacity
• Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur roads and traffic patterns
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with senior management
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and familiarity with vehicle care
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel or schedule adjustments
