Personal Driver to Director

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the Managing Director / Executive Director and authorised family members safely and on time.
• Plan the best route and ensure punctual arrival at destinations.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good condition at all times.
• Check fuel, tyres, fluids and basic vehicle condition regularly.
• Arrange or report vehicle servicing and repairs when required.
• Ensure driving licence and vehicle documents are valid and up to date.
• Assist with Company dispatch, collection, delivery or errands when required.
• Report any accident, summons, vehicle problem or damage immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality on all passenger and Company matters.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably as a Personal Driver or Company Driver.
• Familiar with roads in Klang Valley and surrounding areas.
• Able to use Google Maps / Waze for navigation.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and well-disciplined.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
• Main work location is Damansara/Petaling Jaya area, Selangor, with occasional reporting to the Company’s office or other locations as instructed by Management.
