What they need
- Indonesian male, preferably already living in Bukit / Uluwatu / Jimbaran / South Bali
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Own laptop/computer and motorbike
- Minimum 2–3 years professional experience
- Very comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs, PDFs, email, WhatsApp and Google Drive
- Comfortable using ChatGPT/AI
- Able to modify quotations, BOQs, invoices, reports and presentations
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Understands that when you ask him to change one thing in a document, everything else must remain unchanged
- Takes notes immediately rather than relying on memory
- Maintains a task list with deadline / status / follow-up
- Checks his own work before sending it
- Doesn’t require repeated reminders
- Can deal professionally with suppliers, contractors, clients and your team
- Construction/property experience would be a big advantage
