Personal Injury Associate Attorney

What does success look like as an Associate Attorney?

As an Associate Attorney in our Personal Injury practice, you will play a key role from case inception through conclusion. This includes:

• Involvement in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Preparing complex pleadings and drafting intricate motions and briefs.
• Managing correspondence with clients, experts, and opposing attorneys.
• Taking the lead on depositions, working closely with experts, and engaging directly with clients.
• Being proficient in all aspects of the discovery process.

What does an ideal candidate bring to the organization?

• A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, specifically within Personal Injury.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of CA and in good standing (required)
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• A proven track record of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
• Litigation experience is required; trial experience is a plus.

Compensation and other pertinent information

The starting salary range for this position is $225,000+ with an uncapped bonus structure.
