Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Personal Injury Case Verification Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of personal injury cases, ensuring all necessary documentation and legal requirements are met. Your proactive approach will help streamline case processing and support our attorneys in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Job Duties:

• Review qualified leads and submissions of Personal Injury cases for viability
• Documentation review of police reports, photographs and video of incidents, initial medical treatment, and verify insurance information for potential cases
• Check statute of limitations for specific case types and locations to ensure case can still be taken
• Call clients to verify case information submitted to the firm
• Make an educated decision on whether this is a case that should be handled by the firm or if we should pass it on as a referral to another firm within our network and present all judgements to the founding attorney
• Coordinate with Intake team and Case Management team for case assignment on viable cases turning applications into clients

Experience/Requirements:

• 4 years working in personal injury law as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or other related role involved in qualifying of cases
• Strong attention to detail and firm understanding of Personal Injury law and statute of limitations
• Ability to review large amounts of case documents on a daily basis spending 8 hours a day reviewing case documentation
• Passion for helping people and providing top tier care for those who have been wronged in personal injury cases

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
