We are currently seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team and help manage and litigate a growing caseload of personal injury claims.

Summary:

As a Personal Injury Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. You’ll work closely with clients, manage pre-litigation and litigation processes, and collaborate with a supportive legal team to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and trials
• Evaluate case value and develop legal strategy tailored to each client
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Supervise support staff, including case managers and paralegals
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Michigan
• No experience necessary
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage deadlines and a high-volume caseload efficiently
