Personal Lines Account Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. The ideal candidate will will be a highly organized individual and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service
• Manage administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and account activities
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall success and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Stay informed about industry developments, carrier coverages and market changes

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
• MN Residence Insurance Producer license in Property & Casualty preferred but not required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess policy language and client needs
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients and insurance carriers

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
