Experience a workplace where you’re encouraged to be yourself, supported to succeed, and inspired to keep learning. That’s what it means to live The Gallagher Way.

Overview At GMIB, part of Gallagher, we believe that when people feel supported, valued and empowered to grow, they do their best work. That's why we're looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to begin a rewarding career in insurance.

You don't need previous insurance experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude, a passion for helping customers, and a desire to learn. In return, we'll provide the training, support and development you need to build a successful long-term career with us.

As a Personal Lines Executive, you'll work closely with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide expert guidance, and help them find the right cover and protection. From day one, you'll be supported by experienced leaders and colleagues who are invested in your development and success.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide guidance and advice on a range of personal insurance products.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, renewals and policy amendments.
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for customers.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Continue developing your insurance knowledge and professional qualifications.

About You

  • Customer-focused and enjoy helping others.
  • Strong communicators, both verbally and in writing.
  • Motivated to learn and develop professionally.
  • Positive, adaptable and solution-oriented.
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team players who enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
  • Confident using technology and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Committed to delivering high standards and attention to detail.

Applicants should have:

  • A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification, or a relevant third level qualification

Successful candidates will be supported in achieving the relevant professional insurance qualifications required under Central Bank regulations.

Whether you're starting your career, changing direction, or looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
