Personal Lines Processing

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Processor to support our team by managing new business & endorsement submissions, documentation, and internal processing workflows. This role is critical in ensuring new business applications and midterm endorsements are complete, accurate, and processed efficiently while meeting service timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and process new business and endorsement submissions
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate prior to processing
• Enter and update client and policy information in our Broker Management System (Epic)
• Coordinate with sales staff to resolve missing or incorrect information
• Manage rush requests and prioritize workloads based on effective dates
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation standards
• Track submission status and follow up as needed
• Support compliance and quality control requirements
• Assist with additional administrative or processing tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills

• Level 1 Insurance License (required prior to starting)
• Previous experience in insurance processing, administration, or office support (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, dependable, and confidentiality-minded

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
