Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates for the Personal Loan process associated with IDFC FIRST Bank. Candidates with good communication skills who are interested in building a career in the banking and financial services industry are welcome to apply.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding personal loan products and services.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
• Follow up with customers regarding applications and pending documents.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
• Follow company policies and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Versant Level 4 communication proficiency preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills required.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to work from the Thane office.
• Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.

Salary Details

NAPS Role

• Monthly in-hand stipend: ₹21,000, subject to applicable scheme terms.

CTC-Based Role

• Monthly CTC: ₹22,000
• Approximate monthly in-hand salary: ₹18,600, subject to applicable deductions.

Working Schedule

• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Location: Thane, Maharashtra
