Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers regarding health and life insurance interests.
• Learn about insurance products, benefits, and coverage limitations.
• Identify customer protection needs through professional discussions.
• Explain relevant insurance products and coverage features when properly licensed.
• Assist customers with applications and enrollment procedures as authorized.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and follow-up communication.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Participate in continued insurance education, compliance training, and professional development.
