Personal Security & Operations Liaison

A growing law practice in Dasmariñas is seeking a dependable Personal Security & Operations Liaison. This hybrid role combines close-in protective escort duties during court appearances with front-of-office doorman services, document liaison work, and facility monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Security & Escort (Primary): Provide low-profile close protection, crowd buffering, and situational awareness during court hearings (Dasmariñas, Imus, Trece Martires) and client site visits.
• Doorman & Reception Liaison: Act as the primary front-door presence; receive incoming visitors, handle initial inquiries regarding notarization and legal consultations, and control office access.
• Messenger & Court Filing: Transport pleadings to court branches, pick up court orders, and handle legal errands (all transit fares/tricycle fees are fully reimbursed).
• Warehouse & Asset Monitoring: Conduct periodic monitoring of warehouse premises and oversee contractors or utility workers on non-hearing days.

Qualifications & Experience

• Background: 2+ years of experience in private security, military, law enforcement, or high-level facility access control preferred.
• Skills: Polished courtroom demeanor, strong physical presence, basic literacy for logging visitor entries, and disciplined confidentiality.
• Requirements: Must pass a comprehensive background check and sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Location: Must reside in or near Dasmariñas, Cavite.(Note: Driving skills or vehicle ownership are not required for this position but will be an advantage)

Compensation & Perks

• ₱19,000 fixed base salary per month
• Full coverage of official travel expenses and court filing transport
