We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to provide personalized support to adults and young adults with disabilities.

This rewarding role focuses on helping individuals live meaningful, self-directed lives while building skills, pursuing personal goals, participating in their communities, and maintaining their independence. Support needs vary from person to person, creating opportunities for providers with a wide range of interests, skills, and experience levels.

Responsibilities

Support needs vary by individual but may include:

• Assisting with daily living activities and routines
• Supporting meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and household tasks
• Providing companionship and fostering meaningful social connections
• Assisting with personal care and hygiene as needed
• Supporting participation in community activities, events, and recreational opportunities
• Providing transportation to appointments, activities, and errands
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
• Supporting communication and social engagement
• Assisting individuals in working toward personal goals and life skills development
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently
• Previous caregiving, direct support, education, healthcare, or related experience is preferred but not required
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
