What they need
Busy family is looking for a 1:1 respite provider to provide support for their young daughter on the spectrum. Must have special education experience or experience working with those who have elevated behaviors.
Schedule-
Weekend availability required
Summer, weekends-9am-1 pm or 1030am-4pm.
School year, weekdays- 345pm to 530pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide safety and supervision
- Redirect negative behaviors as needed
- Sensory play
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, a plus!
- Experience working with individuals with high levels of trauma, required
- Compassionate, caring, patient attitude
- Able to pass caregiver background check
Pay: $17.97 per hour
