About The Role – Support Worker / Youth Mentor (Casual) Based across Melbourne and surrounding regions, you’ll:

• Engage participants through fun, meaningful activities (indoors or outdoors)
• Build safe, trusting relationships
• Support participants to achieve growth and independence
• Document progress and collaborate with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who understands that fun → connection → achievement is more than a motto — it’s a method
• Experience supporting young people, NDIS participants, or those with complex needs
• Strong communication, resilience, and authenticity
• First Aid & WWCC required; youth work or social work qualifications preferred
